This study aims to explore the burden and factors contributing to teenage pregnancies in the Warren Park community, specifically among pregnant women attending Warren Park Polyclinic. The study will assess various factors such as the prevalence of teenage pregnancies, accessibility and utilization of contraceptive methods, support systems available for pregnant teenagers, and the impact of educational attainment on teenage pregnancies.

The findings will help inform public health strategies and interventions to support teenage mothers, improve access to contraception, and enhance community and healthcare services for young mothers. Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and your responses will be kept confidential. Your input is highly valuable in understanding the challenges and needs of pregnant teenagers in the community.

Study Objectives:

To determine the prevalence of teenage pregnancies among pregnant women attending Warren Park Polyclinic.
To assess the accessibility and utilization of contraceptive methods among teenagers in Warren Park.
To document the types of support systems available for pregnant teenagers, including family, community, and healthcare services.
To analyze the association between educational attainment and the prevalence of teenage pregnancies in the community.
