Trial run for epicollect

This training will include overview on the following topics and hands-on activities
on various digital epidemiology tools.
1. Discussion on the steps of ARSRL SaTScan and WGS enhanced outbreak
investigation protocol.
2. Discussion on the role of WGS in public health and outbreak investigation.
3. Discussion on the overview of the following digital epidemiology tools:
Epicollect, Pathogenwatch and Microreact.
4. Hands-on activity on the use of Epicollect, Pathogenwatch and Microreact.
