TPG reality check

this is a crowdsourced data collection project which monitors the reliability and quality of Geneva's public transit system. Participants log actual tram and bus arrival times against scheduled times, rate crowding levels and comfort, and share their experience as regular or occasional riders.
This data helps identify patterns in transit delays, peak crowding periods, and service consistency across different lines and times of day. By combining quantitative timing data with qualitative rider feedback, the project creates a real-world picture of Geneva's public transportation performance.
The collected data can be used to predict delay patterns, optimise commuter routes, and highlight discrepancies between scheduled service and actual rider experience
