This study aims to document the range, frequency, and characteristics of surgical procedures performed at C-Care International Hospital Kampala (IHK), a tertiary healthcare institution. Data will be collected on patient demographics, surgical specialties, types of procedures, urgency (elective or emergency), and immediate clinical outcomes. The findings will help describe the scope of surgical services, identify trends in surgical care delivery, and provide evidence to support service planning, resource allocation, and quality improvement within the institution and similar tertiary settings in Uganda.
