Significant Trees Project

Trees are an important part of our world. They add beauty and peace to our communities, clean the air we breathe, and provide shelter for birds, small animals and insects. The Significant Tree Project aims to help participants to truly appreciate the importance of trees, relax and refuel while also deepening their understanding of science and data collection that will greatly impact the significant tree future conservation. While all trees are important, the Significant Tree Project targets trees that are important for local biodiversity, have historical significance or are simply beautiful.
