Sandalwood Project

This project aims to demonstrate a citizen science approach to creating a dynamic knowledge repository for sustainable sandalwood management. Utilizing the Epicollect5 platform, it engages local communities in collecting field data, documenting traditional knowledge, and promoting community stewardship to address challenges like overharvesting and habitat loss, and to preserve this valuable resource and its associated cultural heritage.
