Mass of bats roosting in a maternity roost over the span of two breeding seasons using ID tags
This project is researching the mass of Little brown bats found in maternity roosts over two years (2022-2024). Bats have been ID tagged to track their mass and health condition over two breeding seasons. This project aims to better understand the health impact of gestation and nursing on Little brown bats and whether a difference is seen based on when the bats come into sexual maturity through trends seen in mass and body condition.
