Med Adherence

This is a cross-sectional study designed to assess medication adherence among patients with hypertension and/or diabetes, as well as to identify the key barriers to adherence.
The study population includes patients attending Primary Health Centers (PHC – rural) and Community Health Centers (CHC – urban).
All participants were recruited after obtaining informed consent, and their identity has been kept anonymous to ensure confidentiality.
This research is conducted under the Department of Community Medicine, BGS Global Institute of Medical Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka and the data collected will be used solely for academic and research purposes.
