HPAI Surveillance Samphelling_Chhukha
Active vigilance and activities related to early detection of Avian Influenza in the high risk areas
To enhance early detection of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in the high risk areas such as Phuntsholing and Samphelling geogs of Chukhha Dzongkhag, Veterinary vigilance team (VVT) is activated. The VVT will visit poultry farms in the poultry rearing pockets/villages to detect any sick birds and to monitor bio-security of the farm.
