Care International's HER Project Household Survey Questionnaire

Care International is a non-profit, non-governmental organization working in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and over 100 countries globally. We aim to save lives, fight poverty, and achieve social justice. One of our projects, the Highlands Emergency Response (HER), funded by USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, is implemented in Jiwaka Province.

Project Goal: The HER project aims to improve agricultural resilience, shelter, and protection for the most affected people in the Highlands region of PNG, especially in Jimi, Minj, and Nondugl Districts.

Purpose of Survey: We are conducting this survey to understand the impact of our project on your community and to gather information that will help us improve our services. Your participation is vital and highly appreciated.

Confidentiality: All information collected will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of this evaluation. Your responses will help us enhance our efforts to support your community better.
