Hand Hygiene Practices Among Healthcare Workers

Hand hygiene is a fundamental practice in infection prevention and control, playing a crucial role in safeguarding both healthcare workers and patients. This study aims to assess the frequency, adherence, and barriers to proper hand hygiene among healthcare professionals in Sacred Heart Hospital of Malolos. By understanding current practices and identifying factors that influence compliance, this survey seeks to provide insights that can enhance workplace hygiene protocols, improve infection control measures, and ultimately reduce the spread of healthcare-associated infections.
