Early growth faltering is a slower-than-expected rate of weight gain in infants and young children. It's a condition where a child's weight or length falls below the expected percentile for their age and sex, or their rate of weight gain declines across major percentiles. This can be a temporary issue or a sign of underlying health problems. This project is to measure weight of infant every week up to 12 weeks and identifying the underlying issues responsible for early growth faltering with taking corrective actions. Project area is Narmada in a state of Gujarat, India.
