EC5 Multiple non hierarchical forms GROUP

An example of how to have multiple sub-forms within the same project, when the hierarchy structure is not needed.

This project uses a GROUP approach, as JUMP(s) on sub-form questions are NOT needed.

Each sub-form shows all the questions on a single page, data downloaded is on a single CSV file.
