This dissertation aims to investigate the critical role of digital leaders in organizational transformation processes. In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, organizations are compelled to adapt and leverage digital technologies to stay competitive.
Digital leadership refers to the ability to leverage digital technologies to lead organizational change and innovation (George, Haas, & Pentland, 2014). Digital leaders possess a range of characteristics, including strategic thinking, innovation, agility, and a deep understanding of digital technologies (Westerman et al., 2014). Additionally, digital leaders are adept at managing change, fostering collaboration, and building digital capabilities within their organizations (George et al., 2014).
