Bird Survey Example

This app is for collecting data on individual birds where the observer may be moving through a site. This could include moving on a transect, or doing an area search. The app consists of two tables: a main table that includes information about start and end time, start and end location, observer ID and location ID. The second table is a branch which is where each species observed is recorded and information on distance, behavior and habitat are noted. A yes/no question determines whether the observer wants to add media (photo/audio/video) to an individual observation.
