BARANGAY BONIFACIO HEALTH CENTER SERVICES SURVEY

This study aims to assess the level of awareness and accessibility of primary health care (PHC) programs among residents of Barangay Bonifacio, Mayorga, Leyte. The study will focus on residents who have been living in the barangay for more than six months to ensure that participants have sufficient exposure to the local health care system and services.

The study will collect data through structured survey questionnaires with residents. Data gathered will help identify gaps in awareness and accessibility, highlight challenges faced by the community, and provide evidence for potential improvements in the delivery and promotion of health cares services under the Primary Health Care programs of Barangay Bonifacio.
