Avian Survey Surajpur Wetland

This project records and studies the birds of Surajpur Wetland Bird Sanctuary. We observed and identified different species using the Merlin Bird ID app, eBird, and guidance from our teacher. Along with noting their numbers, we recorded behaviors, habitats, flight height, social interactions, and migration patterns. We also looked out for visible threats to the birds or their environment. The data collected will help understand the wetland’s bird diversity
